There is a good deal of parent involvement but through personal experience, I have learned that the PTO participants have lost what the true meaning of their organization means. Many of them seem to be there to add another notch to their social ladder while the few who truly want to make a difference, are met with obstacles of the pettiness among the majority of the group. That aside, Walnut Creek is a wonderful school and I highly recommend it! Read less
