To be honest it seems as if anyone can be a Teacher there. No good quality teachers there that actual can teach the students. A good quality daycare is ran better than there. ... Read more at Metro. The way you are suppose to get in contact with the principal is to leave her a voice message and she in return is suppose to call you back. I had a situation at the school that I needed to talk to the principal about. I left her a voice message and needless to say absolutely no response. Another problem I have is that there is not a real nurse on duty at Metro the the secondary school. Read less

This is our first year at Metro Academy. I enjoyed the school and the teachers and administration. My son and some of his friends attend Metro Academy. What is the motivation and drive they're passing on to our children? I hope they frequent this web page and answer or read the reviews. Is is to late for the standards to be raised and the bar set high. Look at the schools in certain zip codes and see what they're being taught and the goals that are set. What is the mission here? My kids attended metro and I noticed that the school was run by the board members who served more that 3 years and made very poor decisions about the children education needs. The director and principal did not have any authority. Hopefully the new principal will fun the school like it should be run..

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
