I understand middle school can be some of the most difficult years for a student. However, my child's natural age-appropriate dislike of school

I believe the root cause for his deep bitterness towards Livesay M.S. stems from an overriding culture that appears to treat all students as bad students. But, to the credit of the school, all these bad students are treated with equal disrespect. It's just the culture that's the problem. The children very seldom have access to the outdoors in any capacity and they are herded from room to room like cattle, even 7th and 8th graders. No art and music, and heaven forbid you ask why. It is a school of generations and if you and your children aren't in those cliques, forget it. The good reviews on here are obviously from those people or their children. Read less
