Our child also began at public school, and we moved her to ICS in hopes that she would be nurtured in both mind and spirit. We have been extremely pleased. In contrast to the public school experience, this school respects the unique gifts and qualities each child possesses -- it does not label children as a success or failure at an early age based upon artificial standards or upon how they 'measure up' in comparison to other children. Each child is valued, they are treated with respect and they are taught true Catholic and Christian values. Parent involvement is amazing, it is appreciated and encouraged. The sense of community is unmatched by any other environment we have experienced with our children. Read less

Our son from Mexico entered lICS ast december 2007, his experience has been terrific, at the begining we tought would be difficult for him, but the teachers, friends and in general the enviroment helped him a lot during these 6 months. We recomend ICS a lot.

The parents at ICS are wonderful - involved with the school and very supportive. The staff is dedicated to the mission of Catholic education and really care about the students. This school is one of Collierville's best kept secrets.

My daughter attended a public school for K and 1st grade. She struggled without any help from her teacher or solutions from the teacher. CI immediately became engaged, brought her into their school, provided all of their additional resources and directed her to the appropriate professional who diagnosed
... Read more her with a reading disability as well as in the gifted range in other areas. Her disability is being tackled and resolved while still in the 1st grade and is expected to be rid of the disability this year. At the public school she was treated as a 'slow learner' and provided no solutions which created frustrations towards the educational system for both her and I. She is so excited each day to go to school and learn. That is a true testiment to the exemplary educational quality of CI. Read less

My son just finished 1st grade in Mrs. Keifer's class. She is an amazingly caring lady and all of the students had a tremendous amount of respect for her. The principal and all of the staff are excellent. The school is small and everyone makes you feel like part of a close family.

My son has attended this school for three years and I could not be more pleased. The involvement of the parents at every grade level is fantastic. The teachers and staff have a true dedication to learning in a very disciplined environment. The extra curricular activities and field trips are meaningful

My son had a trouble with phonics in the first grade and it was identified immediately and intervention steps were taken with tutoring and extra work and he has done a complete turn around. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
