Christ Church Episcopal School

I attended CCES from their lower school up into their high school and I have left with trauma that will never leave. It started in middle school with rumors that were made up by my own friend group. There was a Christmas party and I was the only one at my entire table that was not invited. I walked through the hallways, with people whispering and laughing to each other every single day. We went to administrators multiple times throughout middle and high school and got my psychiatrist, as well as my therapist involved but nothing was done to stop the bullying even after I was vulnerable and told them everything that happened and who was responsible. They did not stop the bullying, they gave me places to hide when they knew who was responsible for the bullying. I developed IBS and was put on a special bathroom schedule where I could only use the faculty restrooms. They said that they couldn’t do anything without proof and no one would come forward because of retaliation. CCES is not a learning healthy environment, it is only a good environment for certain people. I was ostracized by the community that I had been a part of and given so much to since I was a small child. I am no longer attending high school in person because of the trauma I endured.

Amazing, in our 5 years of having children at the school we've been so impressed with every aspect! I grew up attending public school and was hesitant to send my kids to a private school but CCES is a very special and unique community. Worth every penny! I encourage anyone who is on the fence to at least take a tour!

Christ Church is a wonderful school that has accepted me into their community.

Spending nearly 17,000 a year to have my self and my sweet child treated like an inconvenience is ludicrous. I am more than certain this family would be treated with more love and kindness at any public school in the area. No longer drinking the overpriced kool-aid.

CCES offers every experience imaginable in a private school. From exceptional academics to athletics, it offers it all. My 1st and 3rd grader are exposed to great learning opportunities, field trips, and community service projects that anchor a fine IB curriculum.
