i dont like this school it is boring and it s selection of books in the library are scarce it looks more like a stall then a library the teachers are ok but the curriculumn stinks

It has become evident to me that he has ADHD and since we are military I have to wait for a referal from the insurance to take him to get tested. My children have been enrolled in Sumter Christian School for several years, and I am pleased with the overall outcome of their attendance, there. The quality of education is exceptional, and the teachers genuinly care for the wellbeing of the children.

My son is in the 3K program at this school. My step-daughter attended this school from 4K until 5th grade. I was very disappointed with curriculum. The teachers must attend the church to be employeed and therefore leaves the teacher selection lacking. Advanced Placement

AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.

Before/After School

"Extended day" programs where the school day is extended before and after school to accommodate working parents. These programs should not be confused with common after school clubs or athletic activities.

Vocational and/or technical courses offered within a comprehensive school, usually a senior high school.

Special Education Classes

A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.

Adult Education Classes

Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.

English as Second Language

English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
