I have granddaughters in 2nd 6th grades. They love the school, teachers and we are happy with all the above also. Can't leave out the SUPER PRINCIPAL. God blessyou all.

My son has enjoyed his time at OCA in class and on the Baseball team. The team has enjoyed great success, and the environment of Christian sportsmanship. My son has enjoyed attending and learning at OCA for the past 3 years, however this year the school has grown tremendously in its enrollment, which is a definite minus in my book. OCA is a wonder school. My children have been enrolled there since 2003. They are above average when compared to public school. OCA is like a big family, I can't think of sending my children else where.

OCA is a very nice small private school which has made tremendous strides in the last 12 months- moved to a new building, upgraded teaching staff, gain firm accreditation, and more organized effort to teach students and put teachers where they need to be to succeed

This school is sub-par when it comes to education. It is a very good Christian school, but cannot compete with the academic level compared to public schools or bigger private schools.

I love this school. Otherwise I never would have chosen it for my children 5 years in a row. Like everyplace else you have ups and downs, but my kids have never in an environment where they are truly treated as if they were each staff members own. Advanced Placement

AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.

Before/After School

"Extended day" programs where the school day is extended before and after school to accommodate working parents. These programs should not be confused with common after school clubs or athletic activities.

Gifted and Talented

Vocation/Technical Curriculum

Vocational and/or technical courses offered within a comprehensive school, usually a senior high school.

Special Education Classes

A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.

Adult Education Classes

Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.

English as Second Language

English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
