The orchestra program at MBMS has saved my child from a total experience of misery. The social climate there is difficult. Wealthy students tend to segregate out from the moderate income students. Mbms is the best school ive ever been too our teachers are greate and theres alot of great people there mr.Gray is one of the best principles ive ever had and so are the friends ive made there so remember !' go seahawks'!

We had a positive experience at Myrtle Beach Middle School. Our older son just finished eighth grade and my younger son starts sixth grade this fall. This school is terrible. I hated my children being at that school. There is a social ranking present in this school.

Had it not been for the orchestra program I would have taken both my children out of this school. I agree with the first reviw on M.B.M.S. there is a very strong clique present. Science was weak so was math so if your child is not a self starter and highly motivated watch out.
