Aiken High School is what you want to make it. If your there to learn, that is what you will find. But if your there for drama you will find that too. My daughter attends this school. You have to pick and choose which teachers you get, but you can get a rock-solid ecudation at Aiken HS. My only complaint is that she does not write much in her English classes.

Aiken High is the most well-rounded school I have seen. I had three children graduate from there and all received excellent attention, individualized to their needs and personalities. From technology to sports, an absolutely incredible place for children to learn and grow.

Aiken High is the best school all around. The teachers are amazing, the faculty is very nice, there are tons of things to do after school or during school. Aiken High has the best courses to take with a variety of classes to meet your interest. The campus is really big but it gets kids ready for college,

Aiken High School is the BEST high school in Aiken County! The teachers are great and the other staff members are even better! There are tons of activities for students, no matter what your interest is. Althouogh the campus is big, you DO have 6 minutes to get to each class, which is more than enough.

Aiken high is truly an aweful school. It is so big that you don't get nearly enough attention from the teachers. I admit that there are some truely awesome teachers.. but hardly. A lot of them are quite boring and have several jokes targeting them from the students. I have been to a whole lot of schools

It's not safe at all.To keep your kid safe and to be able to learn at the extent of their knowledge, keep your kid out of Aiken. Read less
* In 2007-2008 South Carolina used the High School Assessment Program (HSAP) to test grade 10 students in English/language arts and math. The HSAP is a high school graduation requirement. Advanced Placement

Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
