Transferring my daughter to St. Rocco School was probably the best decision and investment I made in my daughter's future. Prior to attending St. Rocco, my daughter was enrolled at a Catholic School that I felt was academically inferior and almost transferred her to public school. While researching
... Read more other schools, I saw an opening at St. Rocco and decided to take a tour. From the first day my daughter visited she loved the school. Today she is excelling as a student. She loves going to school everyday! The faculty is excellent and assessible. The classrooms are technologically advanced. The principal and staff are invested in the school. St Rocco is a wonderful academic institution. Kudos to Mrs. Chianese, the faculty and staff. Their devoted and dedication to the children shines through. As my daughter says, 'St. Rocco's rocks!' I have been in this school since preeschool 3 year old. I absalutely love everyone in the school and all my friends. I also have 2 sisters in the school, many cousins, my dad does accounting for the school and my mom is a 3rd grade teacher. St. Rocco has also been our familys parish for quite some time.

We all have high expectations for our children. I have two children who attend St.Rocco School the older one has attend St. Roccos from prek 3, 10yrs. of attendance. I think the new principal Mrs.Chianese is a blessing and the best the school has had in the past 17 years. She is very fair with the children and makes it her business to be involved with each of them. She gives her undivided attention to each matter at hand, as she is always available. Past principals

Each parent has the unique opportunity to volunteer as their schedule allows. St. Rocco's used to be a wonderful school, and hopefully it can return to what it once was. Unfortunately, for the past four years or so (not counting the 2006-2007 academic year) the school was led by a principal who greatly diminished it. ... Read more of field trips, removed many eighth grade privileges, and basically made an awful school experience for all. I've been told this is being changed with the new principal, however. St. Rocco's had an excellent academic program in the first years I attended. I was privileged enough to be taught my Mrs. Henseler, and I agree she (and Mr. Pickar) was amazing. Mrs. Snizek was also fantastic- I can still sing the 'Preposition Song.' There are several sports programs, too, as well as student government, and a chorus. I graduated St. Rocco school in 2006. I loved it there, and I miss it greatly. My favorite teacher was Mrs. Henseler, and she recently passed on from cancer. The school has so much to offer. In my 8th grade year we won the CAL state championship, and that was a great accomplish for me, the team,

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
