15 Parent Reviews for Bermudian Springs High School

I am a graduate of Bermudian and a parent of three students who attend Bermudian. Bermudian is a better school than the majority of school's in this area. The academics are stronger than most and I believe they offer the students what the need to succeed in college and in life. The teachers are like ...  Read more

I have been a student at bermudian springs school district since kindergarten, and i have learned that a number of teachers here have an actual goal of having their students learn something. They really do want them to succeed. However, the majority quite obviously want nothing more than summer vacations. ...  Read more

I feel the BERM has done a good job getting my kids ready for college. Too bad the construction took so long...should of been renovated 10 years earlier than it was. For a 'farm' town school it's technology is good. Our PSSA test scores are above average and credit is due to administators, teachers, ...  Read more

The Highschool is under going a mjor renovation, which was needed. Many of the comments about the school falling appart was infact the case. For a small farming community that has very few sources of tax revenue there is a challenge between higher taxes and what the school can actually do. Many believe ...  Read more

The high school is like walking into a youth detention center. I had to take my child out at that level and do schooling at home! The school has been getting a lot better. Improvements are on the way and the building project is going surprisingly fast. I believe Bermudian has the BEST agriculture classes out of all the schools in the state. This year we won 3rd place best of show at the Garden Expo. That is VERY impressive. ...  Read more

Bermudian springs is a very good school to send your kids to. Although they are alittle behind on the building improvements they are trying their best. The teachers are very nice and helpful if you need help in their class. Some of the teachers though need to go. Sports such as football and wrestling ...  Read more

Principals play a minor role in the discipline of the kids. If you got a bright kid, this school is for you. If you have a child with a learning disability, forget it. Bullying is ok there, even though they claim to be against it. Great football and track, but other sports, those teams fend for themselves.

For a low budget school, Bermudian manages to get by. The heating and A/C in the school is mediocre and constantly breaks. The plumbing definitely needs work too. When there is a bad storm or even an afternoon shower, you walk through the halls and classrooms looking at trashcans placed in various spots ...  Read more
