Don't believe all the hype. Academics at this school leave a lot to be desired. My child was a straight A student when he attended the Academy, but struggled academically when he transferred to public school. The academics in the public high school honors and college prep classes were much more rigorous

Harrisburg Academy is a great gem of a school in the Harrisburg/Hershey/Carlisle metro area. I think the EC/LC division of the Harrisburg Academy is excellent. The teachers are dedicated and talented - the parents are always welcomed and they work with the needs of an individual child. My daughter loves school and she is blossoming because of the program they have at the Academy.

I went to the Harrisburg Academy for four years, and I will tell you about my experience. Before I came to the Academy, I was going to public school.
