My grandaughter has been a student since Kindergarten, going into 7th soon and I think this school is wonderful. The curriculum is challanging. The values they teach are much needed in today's society. Do they teach their Christian standards? Sure, just like a catholic school teaches their Christian

I want to express how wonderful our experience has been with the CCS teaching staff. My son s teachers are truly Christian role models. I am so thankful that the teachers are blessed with the gift of meeting an individual student's learning, social, and emotional needs. I have noticed such a difference

I began attending CCS in the middle of 2nd grade until I graduated in 2005. I would be lying if I said that I had no bad experiences with this school. However, there will ALWAYS be problems with a school. After all, we're only human. No, the Christian emphasis does not always shine as much as one would

The majority of the faculty is connected with the students, though there are some that are distant; elsewhere, the reverse would be true. I am noticing that the majority of the negative reviews here are from parents that did not seem to be very involved with their child's experience at the school; what are their children saying? Many, many graduates, myself included, return to volunteer or work for CCS, and are very happy with it. Read less

If you are a parent considering CCS, I urge you to read all of the reviews here and to weight them very carefully! As a parent of a pre-schooler who attended CCS for 2 years, I cannot recommend this school. They swept a very important, scary and dangerous situation under the rug, and did not inform

The two teachers and one helper my son had during his time at CCS were exceptional. Very dedicated, sweet women, who clearly loved children. One of these teachers is no longer at CCS due to their past 'scandal'. Parents, it is so critical that we protect and nurture our children's spiritual, emotional and physical well being. Considering this, CCS is no place for my kids. Read less

Let me open with the positive: my children did get an amazing education when they attended Coventry Christian. The academic program is outstanding. The problems we had with the school were that it was entirely too exclusive - if you're not a staff member or a church family, you can forget any fellowship. Also plan on devoting your after school life to homework & projects - college style workloads were given from 1st grade on. Finally, in the later years, it felt like the school was more concerned with money & buttering up to those who could provide it than anything else. Read less

I too, was a involved parent, speaking up when I felt the need and gave praise when I thought it was deserved. However, I found that in the long run, it was the administrations way or the highway. I have been a parent at CCS since 1992. I just got done reading all of the reviews for CCS and I am disappointed in the harsh critisizms of the school. Like all schools, there remains good and bad. I chose to help CCS forge ahead and improve things that needed improvement. I spoke up when I needed
