20 Parent Reviews for East Allegheny Junior Senior High School

I attended East Allegheny myself, I wasn't the perfect student there, but a lot of it isn't the authority figures in the school. It's the students themselves. Times are changing now and so are kids. Their look on life is alot different from when I went to school and that was only a couple years ago. ...  Read more

I have been a studentat East Allegheny for 10 years now, and I am truly appauled by these comments. I know that our school is not perfect, however, there are so many good elements that are bieng overlooked. We have wonderful teachers and there is a good disipline code. Yes, there is violence, but what ...  Read more

this is not a safe school, with many, many fights. The students have a strict understanding of what is right and wrong to do/wear/say/act and anyone who doesn't agree tends to be an outcast. Honestly, EA is a joke

I think that East Allegheny is a great school district. But we are so far away from other wider known schools and areas such as Pittsburgh, Carrick, Moon Township, Hopewell Area... I think that we should interact with these other bigger schools in western Pennsylvania. It would give our students more ...  Read more

The teachers and administors are doing everything possible to provide a good education for each and every student. Tutoring is provided when ever it is needed, and as well as ...  Read more

If you are a minority keep your child far away from the Jr/Sr High School. The principal and administrators are a joke. This used to be a decent school district. I'm a minority alumni and did very well academically. I never had the issues that my daughter has had during her tenure there. Needless ...  Read more

I think this administration and the teachers don't care and this reflects on the students. I have peen told by the principle that he is not in control of what the teachers do. No one returns phone calls from the principle on down. I have called the office on several occasions and talked to several different ...  Read more
