I have been very happy with the education my child has received at MMI. The teachers and administrators are terrific and the school has made great advancements in the past year. There are changes in the curriculum which will certainly benefit my daughter when she enters the high school.

I currently have two students at MMI Preparatory School and could not be more pleased with the education my children are receiving. They were in the gifted classes in the Hazleton School District through grade 5. The sixth grade made a world of difference providing them with great time management skills
... Read more and much more. The teachers are very helpful and spend the time to explain the subject matter very well. The classes are small and everyone knows everyone. They geet together all the time for parties at each others homes. I believe we are fortunate to have a school like MMI in our area. Read less

I have two children at MMI. They are both doing very well. The teachers at MMI are always available to the students especially if extra help is needed in any subject. Along with academics students are also taught time management which helps them become better prepared for college and the real world.

MMI has a reputation as being a great college preparatory school. This has been true and still is today. ... Read more plays in student life is practically non-exsistent. He can never be seen in the schools hallways and when a problem arises it is seemingly always brushed off by the president. This doesn't mean the problem is'nt adressed, because it is by the wonderful Academic Dean, Mr. Sam Schaeffer, and the equally wonderful Dean of Students, Mr. Anthony Cusat. Both of whom are nearing retirement. Your child still will get an excellent education here despite the lack of leadership from the president. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School

Vocation/Technical Curriculum
Vocational and/or technical courses offered within a comprehensive school, usually a senior high school.
Special Education Classes
A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
