I am disheartend at the comments that I have read. I do agree that EF lacks in certain academic areas but the school district is not as bad as it is being made out to be. I have 3 children (2 graduated) and we lived in 2 other school districts before moving here. EF was comparable to the one and ...  Read more

I think this school is not oneo fthe best in the state, but this school is a second home and major place in my life. I fell like I learn a lot. I fell my opinion means more than a parents because I know exactly what the school is like. They only know through their kid, who may be a future drop-out anyway.

I'm not impressed at all with the school. They're not at all concerned with how the student is doing---- unless the person benefits the school by being an ace student. If someone is in sports, they excell no matter how the school work is accomplished. Certainly there has to be some teachers who ...  Read more

No no no...under no circumstances are any educational needs being met at the school. The four years I sent t that school were 4 of the worst in my life. My own curiosity taught me more than the most gifted teacher at EF and that is because all of the teachers there are substandard union trash. The administratin ...  Read more

Yes, EF seems to place sports (at least, football and basketball), above academics, but nearly every school in the country does that; sports bring in the most money. Also, there are more good teachers ...  Read more

As a senior at EF, I often find that there are many (too many) dysfunctional flaws at our high school. This is a busy time for senior students- college applications, essays, school work, and of course the infamous Senior Project, and it often seems as if we receive a miniscule amount of guidance and/or ...  Read more

EF is a substandard school. Teachers should be held accountable for their lack of concern and poor teaching abilities, why are they even teaching?... This district is very poor in academics and does not seem to get anything accomplished. (except fixing the darn stadium!)

I'm very disappointed in the EF schools that my children attend. The grading system in the elementary school leaves a lot to be desired. I really have no idea if my child is close to an A or a C according the grading scale. The lack of communication via teacher to parent in the middle school doesn't ...  Read more

I currently have two sons at Elizabeth Forward high school. My son who is currently a senior, as well as 23 other senior students have to now take health class via the internet at home due to the extremely high student teacher ratio (over 30 students per classroom/teacher). My son in 10th grade is ...  Read more
