10 Parent Reviews for Wilson Area High School

National Honor Society selection is a joke! It is truly amazing that a student consistently ranked in the top 3-7 of his class every year since elementary school, who took all honors and AP classes, lettered in 3 varsity sports, put forth numerous hours outside of school to become one of the schools ...  Read more

I wouldn't want my kids to attend any other school. The staff is caring, class sizes are small and the administration goes above and beyond to make sure everyone will be successful. The sports teams are only average, but even average athletes will have a chance to play.

My Son attends WAHS, I will say this school has those most dedicated teachers I have ever seen. I am very excited for him, and I know he will be getting the education he needs to Succeed, good supportive teachers and good supportive parenting goes a long way.

I had one child graduate and one still in school. Unfortunately some of the most difficult subjects have some of the worst teachers. Not all teachers were willing to help if child had trouble understanding something. Have also had them change rules in the middle of the game couple of times.

I recently graduated from Wilson, and I have to say that I was not fully prepared academically for college life. Sometimes I wish that Wilson will focus more closely on academics instead of after-school activities. My whole freshman year was playing catch-up for me. Many Wilson students have horrible ...  Read more

I have had 2 out of 3 of my children attend WAHS. One graduated and was on the honor society and they were both into after school activities. The teachers were always willing to give extra help.

I graduated from this school in 1998. I received an outstanding education and have since earned a college degree and have recently begun a career. The teachers, as well as administrators, always showed me a positive attitude. I know that each and every person that I have kept contact with has went ...  Read more
