12 Parent Reviews for Chester High School

School is very unorganized. There are too many kids and to much security. What kind of learning environment is this. When you try to call the school the line is either busy or no one returns your phone call.

if your child is a great ball player send him to CHS. If you want him to get an education - send him to Strath Haven. If these parents came out for the PTA like they do for a basketball game- my child's school wouldn't be on the news every few months for some negativity

I am a student at this school and I absolutely hate how the school is run. Once I saw a cockroach in my food!UGH!!!DISGUSTING!!Our school has lots of graffiti on it. I can't beleive some of the words they put on the walls in the bathrooms!! My school teachers don't really make an effort anymore.

I am alumni of chester high school. Chester High adequately prepared me for college where i excelled. The problem with Chester High School right now is that there are too many children enrolled. This is one high school in a city with over 10 middle schools. When you crowd or overcrowd in this case, ...  Read more

Terrible school. No control over any of the students and very minimal resources.

Chester High School is not meant for people who did not grow up in Chester. Chester natives seem to have their own state of mind. A ' survival of the fit' type of demeanor, yet petty enough to think that EVERYONE is worried about them. If you believe your child is tough enough to become a full blown ...  Read more

It is true, one apple spoils a bunch. This school has potential. However, there are students, teachers, and administrators who do not look out for the best interest of those children who want to learn and be successful. My neice attends CHS and is not being challenged academically. It is a sham that ...  Read more
