If you are looking for a great school, you need to look no further. Emily Brittain is the best Elementary in Butler County. My boys have had some wonderful teachers who care for the needs of the children and the Principal Mr. Markle is awesome! He treats the children as his own and goes that extra ...  Read more

I, for the most part, agree, after dealing with Summit Township, that EB is one of the better schools in Butler Co. I also have a child who needs extra help and the teachers have 'gone the extra mile' to accomodate us. As for fighting to get our child's needs, met - I wouldn't exactly call it a fight. ...  Read more

If your child has a special need this is not the school for them. It may seem that special eed children are getting their needs met but it is only after parents of the children fight countless hours and threaten due process that these children get thier needs met. This school is always blamimg the ...  Read more

My daughter is in 6th grade now and treasured every one of her years at EB. For those of you saying the special needs children don't get what they need, you are wrong. My daughter says that there's a mentally ill child in her class that gets perfect help from his own helper. There was also a handicap ...  Read more

Emily Brittain is a wonderful school. All staff are extremely friendly including the principle. My daughter loves and enjoys going to school everyday. The no bully tolerance is an excellent program. The kids are also rewarded with caught being good. It is nice to know your child is doing well.

Both my children attended EB from kindergarten on. This school should be held as an example for all elementary schools! Mr. Markle is the most dedicated and caring principle I have ever encountered! Every teacher that my children have worked with has been well educated, dedicated, and genuinely caring. ...  Read more

This is a wonderful place for anyone's child to learn. The entire staff is dedicated to giving the students not only a great education, but teaching them about being a great human being. The school has almost no conflict/bully issues - ever! Kids in various grade levels work together as buddies, helping ...  Read more
