I graduated from this school 2 years ago and my little sister has attended it for 3 years, as well as my younger cousin for 6 years. Also, if you aren't one of the students who can succeed in an environment of overachievers (e.g., you are an average student), you might feel a lack of confidence after a while because there are lots of strong students at STM who are constantly praised (average kids are not always given positive reinforcement). The school's extremely conservative rules and culture might cause students to act out or possibly dissuade students developing a sense of individualism. St. Thomas More is a great school! The teachers are all great! I am a 7th grade student at St. Thomas and just love it!Everbody has friends and nobody is disincluded. The teachers are all great! ... Read more is good to! They are invited to most of the field trips and some of the actitives we do in the school. They are also always aware of how your child is doing in school because we have parent/ teacher conferences. As for the sports, I think we offer many different varieties. We have many academic programs too! For example we have Math Counts. Math Counts is a program we offer for the 7th and 8th graders, they meet after school and work on their math skills. ... Read more cared about their students. Lessons were creative and presented in ways that stuck with us. If something was unclear, teachers were willing to spend extra time with a student so they had a firm understanding. Lunches were delicious, art classes were exciting and vibrant and gym class promoted a sense of good sportsman ship and wellness. But beyond these things, being a St. Thomas More student, made me feel like a part of a special family. There was a sense of belonging and familiar traditions leave me with fond memories. They have great teachers and a high test scoring. They always have many sports children can get involved in, soccer,basketball,volleyball,cheerleading and other great sports as math counts or news paper. The children are very well educated and will have a great future!

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
