Brookings Harbor Christian School

Teachers care more about power trips than helping children. They are prejudiced against low income students and students with divorced parents. Principal Kari Shultz is the same. When struggling financially one month, I reached out and asked for a week of leniency to pay. She agreed. I thought we were good. The next day, she came to my child’s last class while the students were getting their things ready to go home and told my child that their tuition was due and if their parent (me) didn’t pay it that week, they were going to kick them out. She did this and she did it in front of my child’s classmates and friends. Completely inappropriate and petty. Should note: One exception being Susan Dodgen. She was a phenomenal teacher and very kind to my child as well as all the children. She brought passion and enthusiasm to her classes. A bright spot in a dark place. Don’t know if she still works there.

An amazing environment that encourages learning and character!

I have had my children in the school from Preschool and my oldest is entering the 12th grade. I wouldn't change a thing! Their experience has been wonderful.
