... Read more typical cliques, bullies and exclusive attitudes that you find in other schools were not prevalent at Westside. I felt safe there and was able to in that environment really develop my character as much as my mind. This is probalby the main reason I will always have great memories of high school. My experience at Westside has impacted me in a positive way so much. Academics are important and yet, even more invaluable I think, is to learn to be kind and to be treated kindly and I really had that at Westside. Read less

I am currently attending Westside and I also have a brother who is a Senior this year at Westside. We both love the school and it's atmosphere. The atmosphere is very family orientated and one on one, but it also gives each student room to discover the world and establish his or hers own personal beliefs.
... Read more The teachers are amazing and very understanding; they are always there for the students 24/7 and have unique and great ways of teaching! The best part of Westside is within the first few seconds that you walk into a class room there is an unexplainable love and acceptance with everyone. The Upperclassmen are nice to the underclassmen and vica-versa. In fact many Upperclassmen and underclassmen hang out not only in school but also outside of school activities. Overall Westside is an amazing school and provides an incredible atmosphere for all who come! Read less

All three of our children graduated from Westside Christian High School. All three had a great educational and social experience there. Westside has much to offer for extra-curricular activities besides sports. The choir is one of the best in the state and has placed at state competitions. Drama,
... Read more Model UN, are also available activities for the students. Their DECA program for marketing students has also excelled at the state level and national level. All three of our children went on to college and felt very well prepared, more so than some of their college peers especially in English, math, economics, and history. Each of our children understands the Christian world view and can articulate why they believe what they believe. One of our children graduated at the top of the class at the university level. If you are looking for a solid academic program and Christian world view--this is the place. Read less

Not particularly impressed with this school. My son's teachers were more interested in setting forth their political/religious philosophy than actually teaching my kid anything of substance. However, he did get into a good college so they must be doing something right. This school has a very strong right

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
