... Read more the small size of the school. They could have easily turned us away and said they weren't equipped to handle the level of help my child needs but they didn't. They really take very seriously their mission to help all students who come to them. I know there are other kids there whose parents sent them there because they were doing so bad in public schools and were just drowning. Bethlehem had their work cut out for them but these kids are now thriving & those parents are thankful too. Read less

If your child is average, or struggles with some subjects, this is not the school for you. BLS seems to be moving towards an elitist attitude, and children who do not excell are viewed as a 'problem' and not welcome at this school.

We are a military family and have been all over the country. I can honestly say that Bethlehem is the best school our kids have ever attended. The academics are top notch and the one on one is superb. It outranks other private schools we have attended and the public schools can't even begin to compare.
... Read more I was worried this year about combined classrooms (2 grades in one classroom) but I should have known that Bethlehem wouldn't have taken it on if they thought it wouldn't work. There has been no change in the quality of the education that my child receives. Read less

My daughter, who is now in 4th grade, has attended Bethlehem since she was 3. She loves school and looks forward to going everyday. The classes are small, so each child gets plenty of one-on-one. She is also involved with the Sigma Room Challenge class where she participates in extra projects since
... Read more she's more advanced than some of her peers. The curriculum is wonderful and is more advanced that the city schools here. All of the teachers and staff are wonderful and love the children. God has truely blessed us with the school. Read less

My daughter attended preschool and kindergarten until we moved to another state. We were so happy with the school and teachers. We loved the small classroom size and the attention that was given. I found that everyone (from the janitor to the principal) was caring, compassionate, and wanted to be there
... Read more for the children. You cannot find a friendlier or more caring atmosphere for your children to be a part of. We always felt very safe leaving our child there. The curriculum goes above and beyond the 'average'. Our child was ahead of 1st graders at a public school after finishing Kindergarten. A+++++. Read less

This is school is very good for our young ones to grow in God. They teach every subject and even teach spanish and after school Latin. ... Read more kids get the attention they need. They have a drees coad so no one looks better or worse. They have a wonderful loving and caring staff. Most teachers send out an informational paper for what they are learning that week and at the beginning of each month what they have to look forward to thet month. The parents can come to church and see there kids sing if they want. My kid and I would not choose to go anywhere else. We thank God for this school. Read less
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
