VLT does have trouble keeping teachers for many reasons, but I believe the biggest reason is the unconventional structure of the school. The reason for the high turnover of teachers is the lack of parent involvement. I really love VLT Academy. Their focus is on our children. For the school to be a new school it has already done great things. It is continuosly growing and I see great things in the future for the school.

I think that school still has a lot of growing to do. The school has trouble retaining teachers and the turnover rate is terrible.
