This is a horrible middle school they dont allow the children to wear fleeces or sweaters in the middle of winter! and what middle school has children walk to lunch in a line? Its a horrible and i wouldnt recommend sending your child there also they are always fights and innocent children get attcked!

Ed Smith school is a place for quality education at the same time that your child learns to accept and respect those who are not the same as him or her. The school is diverse racially as well as having an inclusive program which bring special needs students into the classrooms. Rather than causing

It is truly a beautiful thing to see. Ed Smith has a wonderful art teacher. The creative pieces that my children bring home never fail to amaze me. The music program, and the reading programs in K and 1st grade are excellent. There are many opportunities for parents to become involved at the school, through the very active PTA. Read less

Academic and behavioral goals are high and Ed Smith is one of the top performing schools in the Syracuse City School District. Advanced Placement
