i got kicked outta sea becasue my grades wernt up to their tanders and let my tell you ther high..........but its an amazing school and i miss it so much i whish beone wish i could go back i resent everyday im not their and that i wont be graduating high school with a sea diploma ....i made the greatest

I am an alumnus of Sea and I think it is an amazing school. I was in the Honors program and there was a lot of work involved and at times it seemed ridiculous but now I realize that is was well worth it. ... Read more doing such an excellent job. I received several college credits through Sea which were helpful in my college career. I think that I received the ultimate high school experience at Sea. It is a great place to be, the teachers are very helpful and there is a lot of school spirit. There are many clubs after school that are fun and easy to join. I think that I made the best decision going to Sea and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Read less

i just graduated from Sea and it is a great school. it is tough but it prepares you for college since the teachers do not really baby you, even though it is high school. definitely the best choice on staten island

If your child complains the teachers think students 'don't have a life' they should be told that schoolwork is their life while in school.
... Read more If he/she requires constant individual attention, perhaps a high-calibur private college-prep school is not appropriate. May I suggest a vocational school? Based on at least one of the student reviews posted to this site, I think they would fit in better there. Parents who coddle their children instead of encouraging them to strive for academic success are impeding their progress. Sea is a great school whose staff encourage diligence and individual responsibility. Those who cannot handle this no-nonsense approach to education should crawl back into their holes and not discourage others from attending. Love Sea! Read less

Advanced Placement
