In Kindergarten, the grade where we learn the basis for everything in life, Ms. Netzel was the most wonderful, involved, truly caring person, and treated each child like her own. My son was more than prepared for first grade under her guidance. Now, in First Grade my son's teacher is Ms. Eisenberger. She has taught reading and writing skills that her students will use for the rest of their educational life. Everyday Math, however, still has not won me over. Read less

My son is new to this school and is in kindergarten. His teacher is the one everyone warned me about, and i must say that she is nothing like what some people have told me. If u get her for kindergarten give her a chance and please do not listen to what others say. she is tough but loves her students

This is the first year for my kids at PS56. My son is in K with Mrs Di Pasqua. She is so passionate and professional. I'm sure that he will learn alot from her! My daughter is in fifth with Mrs Pellecchia. She loves her teaching. My daughter goes to school every morning with a big smile on her face

My daughter stepped up from Mrs. Bergonzi's Pre-k class last year. I was so impressed by the way the She just totally maid her feel so comfortable and taught so much that I was floored at the things she came came with. I am looking foward to kindergarten, I am a little nervous though about who my daughter

My son is in kindergarten and each day he leaves school in anticipation for the next day. His teacher is Ms. Netzel. She is so dedicated and passionate, it pours out into her teaching. I am certain he will enter into 1st grade prepared and confident. I wish all teachers were as devoted as Ms. Netzel.

Advanced Placement
