im currently a student here at this school. and im a freshmen so far i like it my teachers are very nice and cool and my classes r easy. the only negative is the overcrowding the pda in the hallways....like ewwww..and the trailers...so thats why im transfering out and thinking about gateway

This school is one of the worst highschools in the u.S they should really shut this school down i am currently a student at richmond hill hs the guidance counselors dont care about the kids.The schol is overcrowded and they wont let kids transfer out.They should shut this school down this year

This isn't a bad school. However, everywhere is overpopulated and the standards there are pretty low. The District or the government really needs to do something about the school's population. There is no discipline and no assistance from security or the deans. The administration pushes the workshop model which means that kids are supposed to discover and teach each other. Don't students go to school to learn, not be teachers? Classes are always being shuffled around, causing confusion ...  Read more

I am a senior at richmond hill high school. The school, honestly needs to be shutdown. We dont learn anything because the school is overcrowded.

it's not so great school or not so bad, it's kind of ok but the problem is this school has no discipline.

I think Richmond Hill High School is a great school, the teachers are really good and provide support for kids that are slower. There are also some issues that affect students, one is that there is no AC in the trailers and in the winter there in no heat in some. but overall I think it's a great school.

I wouldn't send my child here. As a former student, I can say that this was the worst academic experience I can ever remember having. Richmond Hill is a great school for students that know where they are going in life and know what they want.
