I moved to western N.Y. in 8/07 and needed to start my son in 9th grade. After seeing the local public school and comparing it to Walsh, It was not a hard choice to make. Although it is a small school, it has a spirit and an atmosphere that you will not find in public school. This is the best education

I have Three children that attend Walsh at this time and one child that will attend next year. Wals is a great school with a wrm and welcoming atmoshpere. The teachers are great always willing to put in extra time to help students with homework. And if you want your son or daughter to participate in
... Read more sports they have a good program and everyone participates that signs up to play. And the food is great. My children love the lunches. Administration is involved with the students. Parent involvement is great if your child participates in sports or go to dance there is always a caring parent somewhere nearby lending a caring watchful eye to the event. Walsh is a great school. I am not a parent but a graduate of Walsh and I enjoyed the time I spent there. It is a good school to send your child to if they do not like doing homework and like fooling around in class all the time. It was a great experience for me, and I'm sure your child will love it

I am a former student of A.W.H.S and graduated in 2003. Walsh was a great experience for me. I would recommend this school to parents and students. The classes are small and that gives you alot of one on one with teachers, which can greatly improve your grades. Also, all the students at Walsh get

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
