Leadership is a quality high school if you let it be. Once you take advantage of the good teachers and the great programs Leadership has to offer there is no way you won't appreciate the school. this school is actually ok. the teachers teach and they try to reach out to the students. but it is most of the students who refuse to learn and make it hard for teachers to teach. the children who actually reach out to learn go on to great colleges like syracuse, NYU and tufts. it the students actually ...  Read more

This school is in the heart of the financial district of New York City, however, don't expect many of these students to return to Wall Street in their later years. * In 2007-2008 New York used the New York State Regents Examinations to test high school students in English language arts, math, global history and geography, US history and government, living environment, chemistry, earth science, physics and several foreign languages. The results for English language arts, math, living environment, chemistry, earth science, physics, global history and geography, and US history and government are displayed in GreatSchools profiles. Students must take at least five Regents Exams in order to graduate. Scores of 65 and above are passing; scores of 55 and above earn credit toward a local diploma (with the approval of the local board of education). The goal is for all students to pass the tests.
