The current eight grade teachers Mr. Garcia and Ms. Brown are the best teachers there are. They prepare you fully for high school and the future things you are going to encounter in the real world when you grow up. I think if you put your child in this school you will not regret it. ... Read more embraced my son. My son has excelled even more academically.After two months he was named student of the month.He continues to thrive. The student are really challenged academically.Be prepared for quite a bit of homework....A recommend this school to everyone.Also the principal here is very nice, accessible, and he treats the student as a people.Also Ms. Eason in the school office is extremely wonderful! I think that Holy Name is an excellent school where students strive to do their best. They are very well disiplined, and they have many students on their honor roll program. I would recomend Holy Name to anyone.

I have a child in the Montesorri program at Holy Name School. While the program is good I find that some of the teachers in this school appear and act like people who have had no specific training in education. Another thing that bothers me about this school is that constant need to ask for money.
... Read more The parent isn't done paying for one thing, before something else comes up. While the tuition is cheap compared to other tuitions in the neighborhood; the school makes up the difference with everything else that they ask money for. Read less

I think the Montessouri Program is the best. The school is great considering it is a bargain in the class of schools in the surrounding area. I just wish they exposed the kids to things outside of the school. I also wished they had avenues to involve the parents more (like having a PTA).

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
