Yes, I believe there is room for improvement, and hopefully with the parents becoming a little more active in the HSA and coming together to find ways to help make these improvements, it would be a great school. The school has fallen apart in the past 2 years. Teachers and principal alike seem to have lost their focus. Students in all classes are rowdy and disruptive. My daughter is not challenged or encouraged to do better than average work. Teachers and principal alike to not keep parents informed.

This school is very disappointing. The appeal for me was its size and the expectation that because it was so small, individual attention was going to be given to my child. Nothing could be further from the truth. There is no supervision, classrooms are rowdy, principal seems to have a real problem
... Read more with discipline. I heard that last year someone keyed her car in the parking lot and yet the child was allowed to graduate. The school is sliding and I am glad that I moved my child out before it gets worse. Read less

My Granddaughter is a student at SPPS...she loves the school.and is doing excellent in her studies...the teachers are great and always willing to help. I'm very happy that she's attending SPPS.

I am very happy with this school. My child has been in this school since pre-k The teachers are great! The principal is accomnodating to the parents. The early drop off and after school is very helpful for us working parents. The after school extras like ice skating and bowling is great for the kids.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
