CCA is a blessing! As a former parent of two students who attended CCA from 2003 through 2008, I would recommend any prospective parent to check the school out. I consider it an honor to be able serve at CCA for the past 8 years, presently as Director of Admissions. Fielding hundreds of calls from prospective parents all over Western New York and from several other states has given me a perspective of how CCA fits into the overall 'educational landscape.'

Great school! The quality of education is the best I've see in WNY. The faculty is caring and nurturing to the younger students, while discipline is encouraged and enforeced in a loving non-judgemental manner to all. Extracurricular activities are limited. It is the only weak spot I see in the school.

Horrible education. Too strict. This school takes one or two kids per class and punishes them nonstop, ignoring everyone else, in order to remain a threat and strict. Teachers are not qualified and bad with kids.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
"Extended day" programs where the school day is extended before and after school to accommodate working parents. These programs should not be confused with common after school clubs or athletic activities.

Vocation/Technical Curriculum
Vocational and/or technical courses offered within a comprehensive school, usually a senior high school.
Special Education Classes
A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
