... Read more schools, and the maximum is only 18 children per room. The first day I took my son to the classes I was so happy because he was able to start something prior to official pre-k at age 4. I could tell right away, the teacher was stressed with so many kids. There were 2 classes for age 3 and 4, both jam packed. My son did not do well. I am a parent of several children in this wonderful school. My children are extremely happy and this gives me a peace of mind. This school has been falling ever since the new pricipal ,Mrs.Ricciardi, came. I have a daughter in the 6th and 2nd grade and they learn nothing!Math standards are so low.If you want a school that teaches good and has good disipline St. Sylvester's shouldn't be your choice.

St. Sylvester school is an outstanding school. It is always focused on the well-being of every child socially, academically and spiritually. It offers plenty of extra-curricular activities that help to create the well-rounded children society needs today. I am very proud to have my child in this environment

The math teaching are way below standard. xI think if you decide to give your kids a better education and using your well earned money, please don't think of St Sylvester. Children are spoken to inappropriately and without respect - again by the principal, not the teachers. If you're interested in a school for your children that pulls kids out of Math class so they can buy snacks, St. Sylvester is the place for you. Parents like myself have no clue who is this other parent, are they a certified teacher's assistant and why was
... Read more I not told that my child would be babysat by another parent for the day. In addition, I feel that there are too many days off and 1/2 days given by the school. I also feel that the organization level of the school is very poor. Their assemblies and such are very poorly organized. I went to this school when I was a child. Now I have my son enrolled as well. It was a great school, but now that a new principal has come into our family, it has become an excellent school. Ms. Ricciardi has made such a wonderful difference to our community. People should know more about St. Sylvester's

AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
