10 Parent Reviews for St Sylvester School

I'm so sorry to say, only because the staff was as nice as possible, the school is very clean, but the level of learning for the little ones was bad. The transition pre-k class had 25 kids, I've looked around at other catholic ...  Read more

I am very disappointed with the academic standard of the school. Both the moral standards and the teaching have dropped dramatically since the new principal came. I think Ms Padin was a God sent. She maintained the teaching standards and the strick rules and principles of the school. The school is ...  Read more

The school's academic standards and moral atmosphere have both dropped dramatically since the new principal began two years ago. It is no longer a place of God or a place of learning; it's a fundraising, hot dog-selling circus masquerading as a school. The teachers are quite good, but they are overextended ...  Read more

I have a pre-k child in St. Sylvester's. I am very disapointed with this school. Whenever my child's teacher is absent, there is a parent who comes in to oversee the classroom for the day. Parents like myself have no clue who is this other parent, are they a certified teacher's assistant and why was ...  Read more

I went to this school when I was a child. Now I have my son enrolled as well. It was a great school, but now that a new principal has come into our family, it has become an excellent school. Ms. Ricciardi has made such a wonderful difference to our community. People should know more about St. Sylvester's ...  Read more
