Franklin Delano Roosevelt High School is one of the best kept secrets in Brooklyn and maybe all of NYC. The diverse student body makes FDR truly a global community of learners. I attended FDR from 1999-2003. Lucky for me, I was able to stick with taking honors and AP classes for the most part, where the class sizes were smaller and there was more individual attention given to students. Great High School. Teachers were excellent. They were very involved with each student. this school in my opion is very unsafe.. thier are too many students and a lot of gang related troubles... my son has gotten bullied countless times... this school used to be good when i went thier during the 90s but boy has it changed
