Its okay. I go there now and I don't recommend it to people. The school is to worried about a child breaking the rules then its teaching skills. Some teachers are very nice, but some don't teach. I am a Junior High student. Some classrooms are a disaster, some teachers don't teach and some are excellent.

I got a better education at public school then I ever will get at the Villa. ELA is a disaster with the teachers teach. Our social studies teacher is great but his room is horrible. Our science teacher is excellent. She knows how to control a class, she knows how much work to give and not to give, and she is a very fair teacher. I am a sixth grader here. Read less

I am currently a student a the Villa. I have been there since Pre-K and am now in 8th grade. To me, I love the school and all my years there mean alot to me. The teachers, some of them, are great! I am on the Honor Society, if that proves that the teaching is somewhat adequate, and i have had honors since 4th grade. But for some reason, most likely my obsessive studying, I am passing with honors so I really cannot complain. Overall, I definately will miss my years here. Read less

I put my daughter in VMA after hearing it was a wonderful school. I am not pleased with the 'teaching'. I find myself homeschooling her after classes. Homework takes a couple of hours to complete. There is so much emphasis on testing that I dont find the children are enjoying what they are learning.

'Learning is Fun' should be added to the learning process. I agree with the comments related to children being singled out and told they have a problem. This is a common practice and I feel the teachers should have the experience to address the variouse situations that arise. Read less

I am currently a Junior in College and I am very surprised by these negative comments left. They pushed us to excell in our academic performance and prepared us for what came ahead.
