It has become clear to us that the director and pastor do not have our families' or our childrens' best interest at heart. Instead we received a very vague and cowardly letter at the beginning of June stating that we would be leaving our current building for a newly remodeled facility. No location was mentioned and to date they still can't tell us when we are moving into the new facility. It soon became evident that the two people in charge are more concerned with lining their own pockets then they are with the care of children. More space = more kids = more money. Read less

I would just like to post a word of warning to parents who are considering Tree of Life School or the daycare side of the organization. My children attended the school for a time and I was also employed there. I want to say first off that I am not just some disgruntled employee. I found a better job
... Read more so I took it and took my children to a true Christian environment. If you are looking for a Christian environment for your children this is not the place for you. There are a few amazing teachers employed there, but the turnover rate is astounding and the work environment is unpleasant to say the least so I would be surprised if they were there much longer. Sadly, certain individuals seem to be more concerned with lining their own pockets than with the well being of the children. Read less

My child attended school at tree of life,and will not be returning next year. Her teacher constantly called me at work,complaining about minor things,and my child was unhappy there,and did not make any friends. I do not recommend tree of life christian school.

The Tree of Life is an outstanding school with Christ centered principals, and uncomparable academics. Reading some of the other reviews left on this site, it isn't difficult to discern that a few parents, who were not permitted to 'run' things 'their' way, or who departed the school on questionable
... Read more terms, and who will likely continue to degrade the schools reputation in any manner that they can. The school however, continues to pray for those parents, and the new schools that their children may attend. Be responsible, speak to other parents with children currently enrolled, or make an appointment to speak with any of the staff members. They are always available, honest, and provide an excellent environment for children to learn. Read less

I have watched our favorite teachers be forced away by uncaring staff that don't seem to care at all about their employees. My child is currently a first grader at Tree of Life Christian School and I am completely happy with the quality education that is being given to my child. To be honest, I have not always been this content, but my child's attitude towards learning has skyrocketed tremendously within the past few months.

This school suffers from a bad case of 'office politics' which should not be the case for a Christian school. Staff turnover is unpredictable, and can greatly affect the quality of education because it is such a small school. The plus side is small class size and individual attention. Your child might

They offer a discount for paying the entire years' tuition up-front. But I suggest you pay month-to-month. That way, you can cut and run if you need to. Read less
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
"Extended day" programs where the school day is extended before and after school to accommodate working parents. These programs should not be confused with common after school clubs or athletic activities.
Gifted and Talented

Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
