St. Ambrose has a lot to offer. My son has learned so much. The curriculum is very strong and the teachers expect a lot of hard work but are patient and helpful. A really nice school for anyone who wants a school that is about learning

From a parent who has had two children go through the school and is about to bring back the third after trying out a different school........ my children were both well prepared by St Ambrose for High School and have done exceedingly well. My oldest is now off to college and is well prepared for it.

I am a very involved parent at St. Ambrose and my oldest has just graduated with an academic scholarship for catholic H.S. I feel that it reflects well on our academic program when many of our students are offered scholarships to catholic H.S. Like any school, there is always room for improvement but
... Read more improvements are being made and parents are listened to if they take the time to be involved! I still have other children in the lower grades and plan on keeping them at St. Ambrose. Two years ago a new principal and pastor were assigned to our school and they have made many changes to make us a stronger school. There are many team sports/clubs especially in comparison to other catholic schools in the area. I agree that our music and (sp)language could be stronger but would definately recommend St. Ambrose school. Read less

When I enrolled my children because of the 'advanced'cirriculum,I now realize what we really need is an 'updated' cirriculum.This school is the definition of 'Old School'.One minute they are being worked to the bone ,the next they are watching Tom and Jerry.I wonder if anyone there knows anything about

I do no think St.Ambrose is wroth the money I'm spending. Education wise,I've had countless problems with the teachers,lacks greatly in music and foreign language,and some of the rules are ridicoulous. My daughter hates St.Ambrose but continues to go because she loves her friends.

I compare what she does with other children her age, and I feel that she is ahead of the game. Her cousins her same age (4 years) do not know many of the things she has learned.For example
... Read more she knows how to spell #1-10,she can write every letter of the alphabet and can put simple words together such as cat, hat etc. The teachers are amazing.She seems very happy there. Parent involvement is O.K. Her progress is amazing and I feel it is b/c of the teachers at St. Ambrose. I would recomend this school to anyone. Read less

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
