Wilson School is relatively a good school. There was a certain grade (2nd) that I was not happy with. This opinion comes from the fact that I had 2 children that had the same 2nd grade teacher. I felt both of my children seemed to fall behind in 3rd grade because there was no reinforcement in there

Some teachers are better at positive reinforcement that others I suppose, but when it comes to education, all teachers should be on the same page. Read less

Our family came into the school district towards the end of the 2004/05 school year. I found the office staff very helpful and friendly. I beg to differ on the 'student teachers' words about the principal of wilson school. Maybe one should walk in the shoes of a woman administrator for a day or two. As a past parent of a student in the school for 5 years, i found the principal a very caring person to the students. I have worked many

I was a student teacher in this school for 3 months and I left feeling sad for the children in this school. This is what I observed: The principal is basically non-existent; uninvolved in the day-to-day life of the teachers and the students. She rudely interrupts the flow of lessons with her spur

The HSPA is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of New Jersey.
