... Read more great to have high expectations, but when the teacher has only just taught them to read 'chapter books' (books without pictures), she's setting the children up for failure. On the flip side, one of the books on the third-grade summer reading list is the Captain Underpants series, so my child is writing three of the four required book reports on Booger Boy and Talking Toilets. Recess is held on the asphalt parking lot instead of the school's enormous grassy field. When parents complained the children were injuring themselves on the asphalt, the principal responded by banning the kids from running. Read less

This is a great school for people of all religious affiliations. The school teaches morals and values which are emphasized as much as academics. My daughter goes here and her program of study is advanced in comparison to her cousin's in public school.

... Read more always felt that she truly cares for the children. There are, however, many discipline problems at the school that the administration is either unwilling or unable to address. Many of the students are shockingly disrespectful of some of the teachers, especially at the middle school level. My low score in the 'Safety and discipline' category is related to discipline only. St. A's as it is affectionately call it is the best catholic school in the area of South Brunswick, North Brunswick and Franklin Township you can send your child to. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
