For a small borough Carteret offers a good school system, I agree with the blogger that said the Board of Ed needs some improvement. i rate carteret middle school a low rate because the students are out of control. they seem to run the school. Fantastic School now that Mrs Spiga is there and Mr Zimmer and Mr Sal are WONDERFUL Vice Principals. The over crowding is still an issue, but it does work.
