... Read more directed, however some students are not ready for this. Needs improvement by changing school to just grades 10-12. It would solve many issues. BRHS needs to remember to focus on those of middle, average, low ability and not keep setting the bar higher and higher thus discouraging students who cannot attain such stringent standards. That is the point of no child left behind. Help those equitably so they can survive and get a diploma. Teach to the student, not to the test. Read less

BRHS is a great school. The academics are very competitive and there are so many courses offered at all levels, standard, academic, honors, and AP. Most of the teachers are great, and I have learned a lot at this school. The students are very smart and diverse. There are a ton of clubs to join. Also,

Yeah, well, i totally adore BRHS. I feel extremely lucky to be in this school district. I love it, there are so mnay extra curriculars and so mnay sport options. I am very involved and i love the fact that there are clubs that I can join that really interest me. I love this school, and many people here
... Read more say its for bright students and awesome athletes. Right now i am a sophomore and i am taking 5 honors classes. I play for the lacross, tennis, and basketball team. I am in 7 clubs and i love every second of them. over crowded MY ASS! Who school isnt? i love this school and parents shouldnt really be talking because they dont have to be in that school 5 days a week for 8 hours. Agree this school is great for self motivated bright students, they do not give second chances here. Not much help at all if your child is struggling socially or otherwise. I as a parent feel very lost in this school; totally do not know who to ask for help when needed.

Suffers from over-development and over-crowding. Many extra curriculars, but crowded. Not many opportunities for athletics unless you child is quite good. Boys athletics gets a bigger slice of the pie than girls and the track is in such bad shape the school cannot host any meets and the team can barely

Advanced Placement
