11 Parent Reviews for Mount Royal Academy

My wife and I enrolled our five children in the school this past year and we couldn't be happier. The academics are great and kids are learning a great deal. More importantly Mount Royal is authentically Catholic. It is place where our children can grow in their faith and where we as parents are supported ...  Read more

The best possible environment for growing 3 and 4 year old minds. Very educational yet a fun place for young children.

pathetic. Not a school at all, but an attempt by rich trustees to soothe their weak sense of value.

I am currently attending Mount Royal Acadeny and have been for 5 years now. I find this school a great place to establish news friendships; learn at a high, challenging leval; and help make good decisions for the furture. There have been in the past and are now many great men and women on the faculty ...  Read more

Mount Royal Academy is an awesome school! I've attended the school for 3 years and plan to graduate in the spring of 2009. MRA has a great atmosphere. The teachers are great role models and the student body has a lot of great leaders. It is almost like a family. The curriculum, although challenging, ...  Read more

I'm a teacher returning for a second year. I love the administration, the students and the parents. We're growing as a school, and its full of promise. The kids that have been here from the beginning are really smart and well-formed kids. All of the eigth graders tested with college-level reading ...  Read more

They are both superlative readers with excellent comprehension and can do math in their heads! A lost art form! The students at MRA are such nice kids. ...  Read more

Mt. Royal is actually a place full of gossip, and very small closed minds. Nothing ever gets done right. There is no character education here, just bickering and infighting.

We sent our children to Mount Royal for a number of years, inspired by a number of dedicated and devoted teachers. The teachers came and went, based on the whims of of whoever was in charge at any given point. When great elementary and high teachers left in the same year my husband and I called it ...  Read more

I am a high school alumni of Mount Royal Academy. Mount Royal is excellent school that instills a sense of principled leadership, hardwork, and development of the whole person. I profited very much from my experience there as it enabled me to successfully prepare for college. Currently I attend the Citadel, ...  Read more
