... Read more be sure that the children would receive a top notch education. We knew the spiritual leadership was there. We have not been dissappointed. The teachers are caring, but strict, gentle, yet strong. The love of christ is definitely evident. Our children have all the opportunities that any public school student would have. Our son graduated valedictorian of his class. Our daughter is on the same track. They also have chances for athletic scholarships, since they have more chances to play in a smaller school. Honestly Union Grove was not a very good school for me. Popularity is based on athletic ability, although I played sports I don't believe people should be judged if they don't play them. I also believe the emphasize athletics more than academics and that is a problem. Going to Union Grove will not prepare

This school places more emphasis on religion than academics. Although I do believe that religion should play a large part in a child's life, I do not believe it should dominate their academics. As a grandparent with two grandchildren at Union Grove Christian School, I am very pleased with the Christian emphasis that is instilled in all the activities at the school. I would recommend any parent sending their child to Union Grove Christian School.

Our son is in K-4 with Mrs. Nations as his teacher. He has learned so much in the past couple of months that my husband and I are so impressed. ... Read more break because he couldn't go. The programs there are wonderful and we as parents are encouraged to come and be a part of it. He looks so forward to the day that he has gym class and chapel day. It is wonderful to hear my 4 year tell be about chapel and what all he learned. Our child is in the pre-K program at the school. We have been pleased and amazed at all she has learned. She is excited about school and never complains about going. She brings home lots of examples of her work and is doing well. She even knows the names of the gym teacher, principal and librarian.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
