They offer geometry at the 8th grade level, opening all kinds of doors for their students going into different high school programs. They offer 5 different coed sports. They also have a climbing wall and a fantastic gym. They offer opportunity for outdoor ed. All the students are involved in community serivce and worship is a daily part of the school day. Wow, My daughter and son have been with this school since the two year old preschool class. The school has come a long way. We went through some growing pains early on with the school, and couldn't be happier about staying. The director and staff care so much about the school and it shows. This school

My children have attended this school since they were 2 years old. They are now in the 3rd and 7th grades and have had a wonderful educational experience! I would recommend HPFS to any family looking for a classic education in a caring community.

Our family was at this school for two years. We've moved away and have not been able to find a school that even comes close! ... Read more that for children to learn, they need to in an environment where they feel valued and loved. He expects the teachers to echo this sentiment, also. My children loved their friends at the school and with the new direction the school will be impossible to surpass. We are doing all we can to return to HPFS. Children there are loved, respected, and expected to work hard; however, they have fun while learning. The faith is gently introduced--no dogma or extreme fundamentalism--just wonderful core values anyone of any faith would want to instill. Read less

HPFS is a true blessing to my family. We have two children one in pre-school and one in grade school. Our oldest has been at HPFS since she was two. As all new schools do we have had of our share of growing pains but it has all been worth it. HPFS has so much to offer and it is a wonderful environment.

What a difference a year makes. The leadership changes of this school have had a dramatic and positive effect. David Girardi, the director, is such an experienced and strong leader. He and his teachers have a vision for the school that is impressive and already being attained. The beautiful facilities

What a blessing this school is for my child. She is in 3rd grade this year at HP Friends and actually looks forward to going everyday. The smaller class size seems to help keep her from feeling so 'overwhelmed'. She is much better organized and she tells me that she doesn't become as easily distracted
... Read more as she did in public school. She dearly loves her teacher and from everything I've seen, her teacher certainly seems to love her students too. Everyone that I have met there has been more than willing to help me with whatever I've needed. It's a beautiful school with clean, cheerful classrooms. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
