I attended harrells christian academy for my entire school career k-12. I loved it very much and i know i would not be where i am today without it. The people there just care about the students so much it just creates a very safe enviroment. It is the best school in the area.

I have attended HCA my entire life. yes, there are aspects of school that from a student's view need to be improved, but most who attend HCA don't realize how great they have it. In my opinion, HCA feels like a prison. Not all but most teachers, have a bad attitude. Most act like they hate their jobs. Students are given no freedom and are never given praise for good deeds. As a result, student morale is very low.

I used to attend HCA, but as a whole the school is not ever a place I would send my child. The atmosphere is so stressful, that it makes it impossible to enjoy. Cretivity is squashed, and the rules are unbearable.

... Read more of students is high. I think this comes from the high expectations of the teaching staff and the involvement of the parents with the education process. As a parent of a child that plays three sports, I find the program to be great. The facilities and teams are always improving. We have great fan support. Being a christian school, HCA tries to encourage students to live the christian life by loving others not by judging them. It is a wonderful and safe place for kids. Come by and visit. Read less

I'm a student at HCA. I think Harrells is a wonderful school. Although some think that private school is a way to get away from the problems and difficulties at public it is not. You have the same children that get into as much trouble. The children are under christian influence but, teens do not always

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Before/After School

Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
