I graduated from Holy Trinity three years ago and I hated it. The teachers seem to enjoy personally attacking students more than actually teaching. They have no respect for the students, so the students have no respect for them. The education was decent, but the experience was not in any way enjoyable.
... Read more The facilities are poorly maintained and reek of body odor and garlic bread- the HT stench which is forever ingrained in my brain. The kids are extremely rude and organized into very exclusive cliques. It is a very depressing place, and I consider my middle school days to be the worst three years of my life. I deeply regret not switching out. Read less

I'm also a HTCMS graduate and so I would like to put my two cents in. While HTCMS gave me a great work ethic and discipline, that was only because the teachers screamed and publicly humiliated the students. Needless to say, my drive to succeed comes from a very unhealthy source and required many years
... Read more of therapy. The catholic school system in Charlotte is a bit of a paradox. They teach about loving one another and treating others as you would be treated, while at the same time verbally berating the students. Not to mention the religion education was a little bit...off. Unfortunately, most of the parents were completely oblivious to how the children were treated. Send your kids to another private school. Its worth the money. Read less

I have to say that Holy Trinity is a wonderful place, when I went there I learned more than I did in some of my elementary school years. The teachers were extremely nice, and I only ever had a problem with one. Not to mention all the friends that I had. Nobody was really hated, everybody had good friends

I am saddenned by the parent who thought that Holy Trinity is not a supportive environment. I wish I could have been there for you. As a mom of three, I truly understand how you feel. Read more At first,(per message inferred solely by my teen sons),I deemed my presence at school was no longer reqiured. But this year I have become involved in the school and various field trips, and I can undoubtedly say that I've loved every minute of it. Getting to know the teachers, the administration staff,my children's friends and fellow peers and the other parents has given me a complete perspective on the amazing Catholic school Holy Trinity is. Yes,we're still growing- finding newer, better ways to teach a child in this rapidly moving world. But God is definitely overseeing things at HTMS. Read less

Being a former student, I believe I can write a review. This school was overall pretty bad. While there were some great teachers, some did nothing. I can't comment on sports and the clubs and art program were okay but the music program (other than a great band) was awful and the religion program wasn't

I blame a lot of this on the principal because it seemed like she had no idea what she was doing (I didn't even see her until 7th grade). Read less

The new student orientation program would benefit from basic organization. I have a child in the 7th grade and he is failing. He barely gets any attention for his needs. Teachers have denied him many times when he has asked for help.
