Posted by a parent on 8/29/2021We are so very happy with the education our kids are getting here. It's a true community, and our children feel as though they belong to something bigger. Great math, English, Spanish, French, Drama, Music, Science classes. Focus on outdoor activities and social cirriculum make the most out of getting an education in Montana. Kids come out of Sussex independent, world-viewed, confident, and ready for high school. Although, many of them enter high school at Junior level classes...and some are bored because they no longer have to think like they did at Sussex! It's such a special place; we feel lucky to be a part of it.

The principal has done an amazing job since coming on board a few years ago. She makes decisions that are in the best interest of the students and school in general, not just placating parents that want changes that benefit their own student. I love the fact that they incorporate a growth mindset in their students. With fairly small class sizes and generous investing by the faculty and staff in our kids, all three of ours excelled academically with high SAT and AP scores. But above all is character development. I wish I had a dollar off our tuition for every time someone has asked us how our teens turned out so well.Parent Review2y ago
