I'm a grandparent with 2 grandchildren who transferred to North Pike from Otken and North Pike wins, hands down. There is no comparison. Academically, this school in reading and math is far more advanced than Otken. I give it 5 stars!!!

I cannot praise this school enough. I have a son who started Kindergarten there and is now going to the 3rd grade. We went to orientation yesterday. You would expect this to be a very chaotic time. The only reason we moved to our current location is so our children could attend North Pike. When my daughter passed away, the support and compassion from this community was overwhelming. The school instantly became my 2nd family. I thank God everyday to have such wonderful, devoted people in our lives. After all, I am a parent with children at this school, and I often feel like I am being pressured into performing certain duties because other parents won't. I know there are those who can't. But there are plenty who 'won't'. I know members of the PTA who

I just think that parents could do a lot more. Especially those who do not work and have no younger children at home. I have a small child at home, and still manage to do something. Excellent school. My child loves it at this school. I enjoy her going to a school that I once attended. I know 80% of the teachers and think they are wonderful. I could not ask for a better school to send a child for an education. Emphasis is placed on ACADEMICs. Of course there are sports and value

If the first steps are never learned, they will never learn to walk. Fabulous teachers. Fabulous Principal. Overall the school is wonderful. Great people to work with my child. Would recommend to anybody in the area. Read less
