Great kids, parents, teachers and principals! Teachers care about each and every student! The new K-1 format is perfect! Warrenton is growing, the district is keeping up with that growth. The superintendent cares about class sizes and they are not large.

My son Began Kindergarten at Wright City Elementary, and after 2 months we moved to Daniel Boone. I could not believe the difference...He has had to stuggle to catch up, but the teachers at this school have been more than helpful. I will not move out of the area now just to stay in this district....it

My son has a tested 6th grade reading level, even though he's only going into 2nd grade. Due to his advanced reading abilities his attention span is not always there in the classroom. Both his kindergarten teacher, Ms. Armsby, and his 1st grade teacher, Ms. McCulloch, did excellent jobs with helping

I feel that our children are being pushed to learn to fast. Your child is now expected to know how to read at the end of the year. Kindergarden is no longer made fun!! This school uses the Balanced Literacy Program for reading, which has proven to be very successful. The new Superintendant has some very creative ideas to fund renovations of this aging building. Bond issues continue to fail, school is aged, funding for books, library etc. is underfunded. School district does not prioritize elementary. Entire school board need new blood.

Advanced Placement
